MCC is proud to announce that we have been selected to feature in a Welsh Government case study highlighting the impactful work we do in our community to address poverty. This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to supporting families and individuals through meaningful initiatives—the Initiatives supported by funding from Swansea City Council as part of the Tackling Poverty Scheme.

As part of this case study, One Voice Wales will attend our upcoming Family Fun Day on Monday, February 24th, to document the positive impact of our community programs. They will capture footage and conduct interviews with participants to showcase how our efforts are making a difference.

To ensure the privacy and safety of all attendees, we will seek explicit permission from parents and guardians before filming any children. Participation is voluntary, and we encourage families to share their experiences if they feel comfortable doing so.

The selection of MCC for this case study reflects the importance of grassroots efforts in tackling poverty and the vital role community-led initiatives play in fostering resilience and well-being.
