We are delighted that our Mumbles traders have been able to open their doors again this week. To celebrate this, Mumbles Community Council will be providing bunting for everyone to decorate their shop windows to mark the lifting of lockdown and as a very big thank you all the wonderful volunteers who have given their time to help vulnerable people within our community.
Please remember to shop local and support our local shops. Our community needs you.
Cllr Myles Langstone commented, “I’m pleased that from today, our public toilets will be re-opening again in Oystermouth, Langland and Caswell. I’ve been lobbying Swansea Council for this, as it’s been desperately needed with shops trading again. This helps to make Mumbles more accessible, so that people can support our excellent local traders. At this time, it’s vital that we shop local and I’m pleased that we’re working with local businesses to support them as best we can.”
